Description
If you are an entrepreneur, a leader or a CEO “The entrepreneur Within” will be one of the most helpful books on how to start and/or develop a successful business (profitably solving someone else’s problem and then getting people to help you do it) that you will ever read.
It is intended to help leaders of two kinds of companies:
- Those who find themselves in a vicious cycle of survival and need a major break-through
- Those who are doing well and wish to be even more profitable
“The Entrepreneur Within” has been divided into two distinct sections.
In the first section, Systematizing the Entrepreneurial Process – How to Create a New and Unrivalled Market for Your Product or Service, you will discover and then learn how to apply the six unique thinking processes that organizational science has demonstrated is used without exception (and often unknowingly) by all successful entrepreneurs, to systematically create a demand for their product or service and to be the sole provider of said product/service.
The basis this first segment will be the most extensive study ever conducted on entrepreneurialism, a 15-year study (Harvard University 1990 – 2005) which examined the 150 greatest entrepreneurs in more than thirty industries from the 120-year period covering 1880 to 2000. The Harvard research led to the best-selling book, Blue Ocean Strategy.
What I have been able to do with my clients is systematically transpose these concepts to and for smaller to medium-sized companies.
Objectives:
With detailed examples of entrepreneurial enterprises from a wide variety of industries as well as many clients from my coaching/consulting practice (twenty-three in all) whom I have helped systematize their entrepreneurial processes, with outstanding results, you will learn:
- To understand and master the rare and unique thinking process (science has recently discovered) used by all successful entrepreneurs
- How to “systematize” a successful entrepreneurial strategy and process
- With the tools you currently have in hand, to create a market where customers want only your product/service and can’t get said product/service from anyone else
- How to render your competition irrelevant and reduced to a constantly “catch up” state of mind
- How several of my clients “systematized” their entrepreneurial process and increased their market share by up 38% within a six-month period
- To create said market with minimal risk
- How longitudinal scientific research in the last 10 years has turned traditional strategic thinking on its’ head and what that means to and for you and your company
- What are the six thinking processes (historically) used by every successful entrepreneur?
- What is the best entrepreneurial strategy for your product, service or company such that customers want only what you offer and cannot get it anywhere else
- The singular and fundamental and undergirding principle to the six entrepreneurial strategies
- Learn the process to discover the best “new”, sustainable, systematized business idea you have ever had or could possibly have
The second part, “The entrepreneur Within” – The Three-Dimensional Secret to Building a Successful Service Business, addresses the six building blocks successful entrepreneurs then use to then develop a high-level entrepreneurial organization.
In this section, we will explore and detail how to manage the four stages every entrepreneur faces:
- The Doer Stage: The owner and the business are one and the same thing. You not only do the work you know how to do but the work you don’t know how to do as well.
- The Delegator Stage: This is a place of quiet desperation. As its’ leader you must learn how to work “on” your business, not “in” your business.
- The Dreamer Stage: The true product of the business is not what your company sells but how it sells it.
- Personal Freedom: Sell your business, not your product.
In “The Entrepreneur Within”, you will also learn:
- The singular and best reason to develop your own business
- The four stages to growing a successful, profitable, meaningful and enjoyable business
- The three roles that every successful leader needs to be
- How to move from one to the other easily and seamlessly
- How to be the “who you are” that your business needs and still be the “other than you” that your business needs, at one and the same time?
- The six fundamental steps to develop a seamless and powerful business process
